Returns

Please email info@Winfieldwatch.com before returning any orders. Product returns are the responsibility of the customer, including custom fees and taxes. Returned goods must be packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. If it is damaged upon arrival, WINFIELD cannot accept the return.

To request a refund or exchange, please email info@Winfieldwatch.com within 7 days of your purchase.

Include in your package a signed letter with your full name and order number stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
