If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your watch may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. Watch must be in brand new condition and still in its original packaging for a full refund (excluding shipping cost) or exchange. If watch is found to be in any other condition, watch will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
